HR teams continually face a multitude of challenges. No matter the industry or the size of the organization, HR management plays a lead role in the success of businesses and their people.

The mission of this Blog  is to unite those Employees wellbeing how effects to create a healthy environment of workplace.

The field of subjective well-being has grown at rapid pace over the last several decades, and many discoveries have been made. Employee well being is defined as the science of when and why people experience and evaluate their lives in positive ways, including aspects such as positive feelings, life satisfaction, and optimism in  Handbook of Subjective Well-Being, (Diener, E. Ed.; Oishi, S. Ed.; Tay, L. Ed.; and Zhu, Ze, "Handbook of Well-Being" 2018).

According to research , the staff' health has a direct impact on their work behavior, availability, as well as on performance (Kaspin LC, Gorman KM, Miller RM, Popul Health Manag. 2013)

There are many benefits to employee in adopting a proactive and preventative approach to wellbeing in workplace including

Employee wellbeing has expanded beyond physical well-being to focus on building a culture of holistic wellbeing including physical, emotional, financial, social, career, community, and purpose. These are the main seven key domains of employee wellbeing .

Employees health can be discussed in Physical, mental health  physical safety .

Physical health – includes Health promotion, good rehabilitation practices, Continuous health checks, health insurance coverage, managing disability, occupational health support, employee assistance program.

Physical safety – Safe working practices, safe equipment & tools, personal safety training.

Mental health – Stress management, risk assessments, managing mental ill health, occupational health support, employee assistance program.

Working environment should be arranged in ergonomically designed way .So that through a high quality job , workload, can be covered in acceptable working hours which will guide the employee for a  job satisfaction to  balance up work and day today life .

Values based on leadership like clear mission and objectives, will govern employees health and wellbeing strategy throughout the organization valuing difference, cultural engagement, providing training for employees and managers will enhance the well being of both parties.

Management style, teamworking, healthy relationships with everyone in organization dignity and respect will create a good social relation ship. As well as good communication, consultation, involvement in decision making helps for a collective Employee & Employer .

And also to make an creative employee , lifelong learning – performance development plans, access to training, mid-career review, technical and vocational learning  is import aspects.

Healthy plate of dining – recipe clubs, healthy menu choices in the canteen etc

Fair pay and benefit policies – pay rates above the statutory national minimum/living wage, flexible benefits scheme.

Work and wellness of employees  is  huge focus and concern in 2023, which need to put employee well-being first to key strategies for reducing and preventing burnout work force.There can be a big human cost of poor health at work and this can cause a large financial cost to companies. Work Wellbeing delivers employee wellbeing initiatives, designed to enhance individual health and happiness and build an enduringly healthy workplace .Promoting employees' well-being should be one of priorities for an employer. Its beneficial not only to the employees but also to your organization optimal performance can be achieved by  eliminating negative factors like  toxic workplace culture, conflicts in balancing work and other commitments ,working long hours , Poor incentives ,economic insecurity etc.
